For Cancellations Made with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice
If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or to reschedule.

For Cancellations Made with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice
If cancellation is made within 48 hours of your session, you may choose to receive a session credit valid for 90 days from the original booking date, or cancel with a 50% refund.

Non-Refundable Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded. This policy covers the time and resources dedicated to preparing your experience.

Weather or Other Conditions
In cases of unfavorable weather conditions—such as high winds, heavy rain, or bushfire risk—that could damage equipment or affect safety, your session may need to be rescheduled. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, particularly during the winter months when such conditions are more likely.
