CANCELLATION POLICY (Photography Experiences)

For Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before the Workshop:
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, participants can choose to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability) without penalty.

For Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of the Workshop:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. This policy reflects the time and resources allocated to preparing your session and the inability to fill your spot at short notice.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances except in the case of workshop cancellation by the organiser (see below).

Weather or Other Unforeseen Conditions:
In cases of weather conditions that could impact safety or the quality of the experience (e.g., high winds, rain, or equipment-damaging conditions), the workshop may be rescheduled to the next available date.

  • Notification: Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.

  • Rescheduling Policy: If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled date, they will receive a credit valid for 90 days to apply to a future workshop. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled workshops.

Important Notes:

  • Workshops are planned on short notice to account for weather and celestial conditions. Your understanding of these factors is appreciated.

  • Celestial events like comets and auroras are unpredictable. While we aim to provide the best experience, we cannot guarantee specific phenomena.
